The Aloha Room is a gorgeous and historic event venue nestled into the heart of the retro and architecturally unique Horace Heidt Estates Apartments Community. The event space is 3,000 square feet and offers countless features and amenities including built in bar, full kitchen, full sound system, stage, dance floor, grand piano and 100-inch projection screen. 


We are collecting donations of new, unused items, gift certificates, and experiences to help make our auction a success! If you have something that fits into one of our categories, please fill out the form below, our committee will review your submission and follow up.

We also accept unique experiences and services—past donations have included backyard parties, food & wine pairings, and vacation home stays.

You can also make a monetary donation to help complete auction collections.

All donations are 100% tax deductible.
